Services Offered

We provide qualification development, training support, and assessment services to learners and partner centres. Both individual and institutional clients may access our services subject to approval.

User Accounts and Access

You must use the website lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse that disrupts service or infringes on others’ rights is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining your own device security; we cannot guarantee the site is free from malware or other harmful content.

Intellectual Property

  • Learners and centre partners may receive login credentials to access restricted areas or resources
  • Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure and must not share access with others.
  • Any misuse or unauthorised sharing may result in suspension or permanent removal of access.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway (Wise). Payment is required at the time of registration or enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store card details on our servers.

Fees and Currency

  • All service fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP).
  • International users are responsible for any currency conversion or bank processing charges.
  • We may revise pricing or fees from time to time, but existing confirmed registrations will not be affected.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within seven (7) days of payment, provided that no course materials or access credentials have been issued. After course access or registration confirmation, no refunds will be granted. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Refund Process and Exceptions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@paramqualifications.co.uk within seven (7) days of payment. Administrative or third-party transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will not apply once course access credentials or downloadable materials have been provided.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, affected users may opt for a full refund or reallocation to another course.

Service Availability and Force Majeure

Param Qualifications Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of its services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, and content on this website are owned by Param Qualifications Ltd. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use and Conduct

  • Users must not use the website or materials for unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Any attempt to interfere with our systems, copy course content without consent, or misrepresent our brand will lead to suspension and legal action.

Disclaimer on Regulatory Status

Param Qualifications Ltd currently operates independently and is aligning its qualifications with UK regulatory frameworks. We do not claim Ofqual recognition until formal approval is granted.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • All complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) working days and resolved as promptly as possible.
